FACTS               

• You can't change or wish away the outcome of a storm.
• For every home lost to wind, flooding and tidal surge, at least five to seven more were lost to mold from water leaks to damaged homes.
• F.E.M.A., with its best efforts, will need one to two weeks to mobilize all of it's assets. (we mobilize the first day after the storm passes) 
• A home with a (simple, and yes I mean simple) hole in the roof can result in virtually a total loss.  Time is of the essence.
• If you haven't made arrangements in advance for protecting and repairing your home, "post storm" the most common response you will get will be......"thank you for your call, but unfortunately because of high volume, we are unable to take on any new clients at this time."!
• If a respondent to your call for assistance comes out and says,"no problem, I just need a check for...... believe me, it can be a problem if you don't check out a potential contractor at the State link below.

 The most needed building materials will be depleted in the first few days.  (we keep those materials needed for our clients warehoused)

                               How the program works

  We contract and guarantee to provide the following
services to our Clients.

• Full digital photographic documentation of the existing residence.  At the owners request.
• Preparatory assistance before a storm.  Secure all loose items,  placement of owner provided storm shutters, etc.
• Post storm home inspection and assessment
• Immediate emergency protective measures of damaged property
• Immediate phone contact to convey status of property and address any specific home owner questions
• Written report w/ photographic support of any damage
• Priority re-construction  (no phone calls to make, no voice mail to talk to) 
• Assistance with insurance claims (we use the same estimating program being used by the majority of insurance companies,we speak their language.)
• 24hr ph access during and after an event.(subject to available service)
• RJMC has a working relationship with one of the nations leading water extraction and remediation companies.  Their web site....
